Susan has stayed largely cheerful and socially engaged — frequent outings, good appetite, and warm rapport with her carers run right through the record. The defining change this year is new incontinence (chiefly urinary) from February 2026, which has gradually progressed and is now managed with pads and pull-ups (though she sometimes removes them).
Bone health moved from a tablet to a twice-yearly IV infusion (zoledronate, Dec 2025). A suspected infection was treated with antibiotics in March. Reassuringly, falls are not a pattern — only one minor slip in 2024. Routine monitoring is in place — regular blood tests, vaccinations, dental and rheumatology reviews. The key things to watch are continence, night-time wandering, and keeping her medication on track.
